Edinburgh - St. Giles Cathedral

A series of images focusing on St. Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh, Scotland.  Also known as the High Kirk of Edinburgh, it holds a prominent position on the Royal Mile.  Whilst initial construction dates back to the 12th Century, it has been expanded and restored extensively over the years.   The building is home to a large number of beautiful and vivid stained glass windows; truly wonderous in scale and detail.
