Flora Nova

Flora Nova is inspired by the flowers around us; the explosive bursts of vibrant and vivid colours.  Each image starts of as a high resolution photograph from which the shapes are dynamically drawn out capturing the explosive element of a plant in bloom.  In the detail of the picture is an oil paint finish used to capture the fluidity of nature.   The end product is something that I hope captures the dynamic energy of nature.
